CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Notable Moments Over the Years

LAUNCHING THE WORLD'S FIRST CONSUMER DRONE

Invaluable lessons are learned when the startup you're involved in skyrockets to worldwide success—practically overnight! In 2013, the DJI Phantom changed the world, and I was there on the founding team that launched it to the public.

• Over 550k units sold.
• Revenue from $4.2m in 2011 to $130m in 2013

TEACHING MONKEYS HOW TO FLY

3D Robotics took drone technology to the next level by implementing an automation layer to its software, bringing retail drones from toys to tools—whether it be for cinematography, agriculture or telecom inspection, among other applications.

My proudest achievement was producing a sci-fi-inspired launch film that involved 50+ people, shoots in Hawaii, Texas & New Mexico and two Hollywood-trained baboons!

WILL WORK FOR WEED—BRANDING & DESIGN for the cannabis industry

Some of my favorite work has been for cannabis brands, because I've been a long time supporter of the therapeutic (and recreational) benefits of its use—especially when comparing it to the use of alcohol.

I've partnered with numerous brands in all aspects of the supply chain to deliver exceptional branding and creative.

Disrupting toy aisleS & family entertainment centers near you

Gel Blaster became America's fastest growing toy company by creating an entirely new category—and going from $5m in revenue to over $70m within a year.

Retail shelves were a stepping stone to the real magic—replacing outdated laser tag arenas across the globe with an exciting new attraction that's like playing a video game in real life.

FROM AUTOMATED AIRLINES TO UNMANNED AEROSPACE

As technology grew more sophisticated, the drone industry matured and high-value business integrations emerged.

On the founding team of Hangar Technology, I managed our brand & designed software UX—going from the largest seed round in Austin, TX to a successful acquisition with AirMap—a global company valued at $500m at the time—where I ran the design department as its creative director.

LOOKIN GOOD WITH art direction in the fashion industry

Fashion has been another long-time personal inspiration of mine, and I've been lucky to get my hands dirty creating marketing campaigns & ecom initiatives, as well as designing apparel itself.

• Have generated $300k+ in revenue to date, from email marketing & automation initiatives.
